Within the property where Villa Latini is located, the Stanić family runs a family farm, looks after the cattle and other farm animals. The house was built in 1922 and completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with everything that is necessary for a holiday. The interior of the house consists of the ground floor and first floor, the total area of which is 140 m2, 3 fully equipped rooms with 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Free internet is also available to our guests.
Along the garden is the 28 m2 outdoor pool, space for leisure and relaxation as well as space for a cozy summer nights and barbecue.
Breakfast is also possible with advance notice (offer consists of local foods - prosciutto ham, cheese, jam, homemade bread, eggs, seasonal fruits, milk, coffee, fruit juice).
The closest shop and bistro are 1 km, the post office, restaurant and butcher shop 9 km and the sea only 15 km from Villa Latini. There is only a short drive of 10 minutes between you and the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, which offers a number of attractions in the Morosini-Grimani Castle, the Escape Castle Svetvinčenat adventure, the visitor center, the frescoes in various churches, etc.

Die Betreuung von Istrialux war vom 1. Tag an großartig. Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind an und wurden sehr herzlich von Matea und Drazen mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Dem Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Mit dem tollen Pool, der absoluten Ruhe dort ,und dem wunderschönen Wetter wurde es ein Traumurlaub. Die ganze Familie dort mit Oma und Opa waren so unsagbar lieb, dass es uns wirklich sehr schwer fiel nach 14 Tagen abzureisen.
