Villa Danica extends over two fully air-conditioned floors with a total living space of 250 square meters and is equipped for 10 people.
The villa is surrounded by a forest and on a fenced plot of 1800 sqm guests have a heated pool of 52 sqm, spacious sunbed with deck chairs, parasol and 4 parking spaces at their disposal.
The house has many additional facilities, such as a jacuzzi, hanging swings, table tennis, table football, billiards and 2 small football goals.
Guests visiting this beautiful villa can enjoy various activities in this region such as horseback riding at the adjacent ranch, adrenaline park and quad biking through the woods.
On the ground floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and exit to the pool, living room with SAT TV and exit to the pool, one bedroom with double bed, private shower/toilet and exit to the pool, one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom/toilet and a separate shower/toilet.
Winding stairs lead to the first floor up to the gallery and through the hallway to three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and shower/toilet. On the other side of the gallery is a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside and pool.

Villa Danica ist ein einzigartig komfortables Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Wir haben vor allem den beheizten Pool, den Whirlpool und die tollen Sportmöglichkeiten genossen. Ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen wir Villa Danica, den Service von Istrialux und die Betreuung vor Ort weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Super Villa! Sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern! Ist top eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu zehnt für eine Woche dort und es war traumhaft. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand oder bei Restaurants. Würde ich jederzeit wieder empfehlen.
