The villa is located in a small village called Bibici, only 3 km away from the town of Svetvinčenat - cultural center of Istria, medieval castle known for its history and many summer events.
Villa St. Vinzent can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor there are living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and extra bed, one room with sofa bed and bathroom. On the first floor there is one bedrom with en-suite bathroom.
In a spacious yard (1200 m2) there is a swimming pool (25 m2), deck chairs, fireplace and outdoor dining area. We are sure that you will relax and that you will like the peace that the house provides.
Pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 10€ per pet per day and the yard is not completely fenced.
Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, Rabac, the most famous cities in Istria are all within 30 minutes drive by car. Likewise, almost all beaches in Istria are within a 20-30 minute drive.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and a good starting point for discovering the whole of Istria.

The host Miro i both helpfull and nice. The villa is perfekt and on a good driving distance from everything you need. We highly recommend both Istria-Lux and Miro's perfekt villa. It was a god experience and we will definitely come back Kenneth juhl Denmark
