The luxurious Villa BoscAria is located in the small Istrian village of Boškari, surrounded by nature and greenery. It accommodates up to 6 guests and features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the pool.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped designer kitchen with a wine fridge and a spacious living room. The villa also features a private gym, a heated pool and a sauna. An outdoor kitchen with a large gas barbecue is available for al fresco dining.
Thanks to its location, the villa is a suitable base for exploring Istria’s many highlights, including local agritourism establishments, wineries and wine routes, beaches, and cultural and historical attractions. The medieval town of Svetvinčenat is just a few kilometres away. Pula is approximately 25 km away, Rovinj around 30 km, and Poreč about 40–45 km. Nearby Svetvinčenat offers local attractions, restaurants, bars and shops.

Super schönes und funktionales Haus mit tollem Design. Der Pool ist echt ein Highlight und die Temperatur super zum längeren schwimmen und spielen. Für uns als Familie mit Kinder im Kindergarten- und Grundschulalter war das Haus perfekt.
