Villa Mabuhay is located in the small Istrian village of Cetinići and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa has everything you need for a perfect vacation – a large private pool with three depth levels and a garden, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for sun loungers to enjoy the sun while sipping fresh juices or cocktails.
The villa has 5 modern bedrooms (4 with en-suite bathrooms), 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Each room features its own TV and air conditioning. The living area offers a large open space with beautiful views of the pool and outdoor area, perfect for creating unforgettable memories. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area includes a large table. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers Wi-Fi access, and private parking.
The location is ideal for exploring the whole of Istria. The coast, beaches, and most Istrian towns are about 9 km away.

Ein sehr großzügiges und schönes Haus. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Außenbereich und vor allem der Pool sind perfekt. Andrej und Kristina sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Grundsätzlich ist die Villa genau wie beschrieben, toll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön, wie auf den Bildern. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist auch zuvorkommend, bei Fragen immer eine Antwort/ Lösung. Ein paar Tipps/ Punkte: - die Sicherung ist oft rausgeflogen, denke Überlastung - einige Möbel im Außenbereich sollte erneuert werden, sind doch etwas verbraucht. - mehr Sitz Möglichkeiten im Aussenbereich wäre natürlich sehr schön gewesen. - bei der Grundreinigung bevor die nächsten Gäste einziehen, sollte verbessert werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr genossen!
