The house consists of two old stone houses that are connected on the ground floor into a single unit. Historically, they form the southern and northern wings (the southern and northern houses). In the northern wing, there is the northern staircase that connects the two floors with the ground floor, and in the southern wing, there is the southern staircase that connects the two floors with the ground floor. The outdoor areas are organized to be used depending on the time of day: seating under the grape vine pergola in the morning, in natural shade; seating under the covered terrace in a lounge set at noon, and seating on cushions in the natural shade behind the stone wall in the afternoon. Around the pool, which is raised 35 cm above the surrounding terrain, there is a sunbathing area about 100 cm wide that allows for direct lying or sitting by the water surface. The surroundings are planted with native plants, including some herbs. The vine, which is over 80 years old, provides natural shade all day long until the afternoon. The pavings are made of local stone and locally handmade terracotta. The rest of the terrain is covered with native crushed stone aggregate ("rizla"). The entire house is covered with fan coils, which are used for cooling and heating. There are a total of 7 units. Underfloor heating with a heat pump is only on the ground floor, and in the upper floors, electric underfloor heating and hot water radiators are only in the bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, dining room, living room, a sanitary toilet, and a separate laundry room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom.
