Villa LiliAna consists of two old stone houses connected on the ground floor into a single harmonious unit, historically known as the south and north wings. In the north wing, there is a staircase connecting the two floors with the ground floor, as well as in the south wing. The outdoor spaces are carefully arranged according to the time of day: in the morning, you can enjoy sitting under the grapevine in natural shade; at noon, on the covered terrace with a lounge set; and in the afternoon, it is ideal to sit on cushions in the shade behind the stone wall.
The pool is raised 35 cm above the ground and surrounded by a sunbathing area about 100 cm wide, perfect for lounging. The surroundings are planted with native vegetation, including aromatic herbs, and the grapevine, over 80 years old, provides pleasant shade throughout the day until late afternoon. The paving is made of local stone and handmade terracotta, while the rest of the area is covered with native crushed stone ("rizla").
The villa is equipped with seven fan coil units for cooling and heating. Underfloor heating with a heat pump is installed on the ground floor, while on the upper floors there is electric underfloor heating and hot water radiators only in the bathrooms. The ground floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, sanitary facilities, and a separate laundry room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, and on the second floor, two more bedrooms also with en suite bathrooms.
The villa’s location is ideal for exploring beautiful Istria. Svetvinčenat, only 6 km away, offers the historic Morosini-Grimani fortress and charming local restaurants and cafés. Famous towns such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are 30 to 40 minutes by car, offering a rich selection of cultural sights, beaches, and pleasant nightlife.
