Villa DiVino is an old Istrian stone house that was completely renovated in 2022/23.
It is located in the small town of Pačići in Istria.
In total, it can accommodate 8 people, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a new separate wine cellar with over 200 bottles of wine, a living room with a dining room and a toilet. On the first floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 terraces, and on the second floor of the house there are another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
In the courtyard of the house there is a private swimming pool (36 m2), an outdoor kitchen with a grill and two refrigerators (a standard refrigerator and a wine refrigerator with a total capacity of 48 bottles), a large table and a sofa. There are also 20 Istrian olive trees in the yard.
The location of the house is ideal for vacation, but also a great starting point for exploring Istria and the Istrian coast and cities.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich. Alles was sehr sauber und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche lagen selbst Spülmittel und Gewürze bereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Outdoorbereich mit Kühlschrank und Grill…absoluter Wohlfühlbereich! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, es gibt keinen Bäcker oder Laden in der Nähe. Ansonsten ein guter Standpunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge. Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hunde sind willkommen
