Holiday Home Mikela Heki, located in Žbrlini, Heki, near Pazin, is situated on a fenced 1,000 m² property with a 32 m² outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture.
For outdoor gatherings, there is a covered area with an outdoor fireplace and barbecue. A swing, slide, trampoline, basketball hoop, table tennis, table football and darts provide activities for different age groups.
The house extends over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2). The ground floor features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, covered terrace, as well as an additional kitchen and a social area with access to the pool. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool. All rooms are air-conditioned.
A small family printing studio is located on the ground floor. It operates in the morning hours and is occasionally closed during the summer. The parking area is shared, used by the owner of the printing studio during working hours, and is under video surveillance.
The surrounding area offers marked cycling and hiking trails, while the geographical centre of Istria is approximately 1 km away. There is also a ranch nearby offering horse riding. Central Istria is known for its wineries, agritourism establishments and traditional konobas serving local Istrian specialties. Rovinj, Poreč and Pula are approximately 25–35 km away, offering opportunities for trips to the coast and beaches.

Das Haus ist wunderbar und die Familie unglaublich lieb und herzlich. Wir wurden so nett empfangen und nach einer Woche verabschiedeten sie sich persönlich von uns, sogar mit Geschenken voller heimischer Produkte. Die einzigen 2 Punkte, die uns störten, wurden gleich mit den Besitzern besprochen und geklärt. (Die Ausziehcouch und das Einzel-Klappbett waren nicht wirklich gemütlich und die Werkstatt nebenan war manchmal etwas laut.) Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen!
Wunderbarer Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus mit außerordentlich freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen im und am Pool, viel Platz draußen und drinnen, hervorragender Platz zum Grillen. Die Kinder lieben den Pool, die Tischtennisplatte und den Basketballkorb. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschönen zwei Wochen Urlaub, besonders an die Gastgeber!
