Spend your vacation in this new, modern house in the suburb of Pula. It is only 6 km from the town of Pula, the largest and one of the oldest town on the Istrian peninsula, with the famous Roman amphitheater. The house is in an ideal location as it is close to the town but still far enough away to provide peace and privacy for a perfect vacation. Distance from the famous Medulin beaches is only a few kilometers. This house is a semi-detached house, 110 m2 in size with a private fenced garden of 500 m2. At the entrance to the property is a garage that can be entered directly from the street, so the car is completely protected.
The house is divided into two floors. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are on the ground floor. Beautiful wooden stairs lead you to the next floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom with corner bath.
From the living room you can directly reach the beautiful terrace, where you can use the pool, fireplace and summer kitchen.

Experience with the agency "ISTRIALUX" was excellent, very professional and reachable all the time, easy, reasonable price (cheaper than other booking platforms). Experience with the Host himself was also perfect :), very kind and welcoming gentelman.
