Villa Ora is a single-story holiday home located in the small village of Režanci in central Istria. Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 guests, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, and living room.
The fenced yard features a private 32 m² pool with sun loungers, a terrace with an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue. There is also a large volleyball and badminton court with a sports surface.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, TV, and secured parking on the property.
It is 7 km from the historic town of Svetvinčent, famous for the Morosini-Grimani Castle and other cultural attractions, while coastal locations are easily accessible by a short drive.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area: cycling, visits to local wineries and wine tasting, exploring historic towns, and water sports such as sailing and diving.

Die Villa Ora hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Auch die Beheizung des Pools über Solar ist ein großer Gewinn da das Wasser sehr angenehm temperiert war. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie Restaurants sind innerhalb 15 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch dass das Auto unter einem Carport stehen kann ist für uns wichtig gewesen. Das Grundstück ist mit einem hohen Zaun/ Mauer ausbruchsicher eingezäunt und somit wussten wir auch unseren Hund in Sicherheit. Wir werden definitiv wieder in diese Villa zurück kommen.
Schöner Aufenthalt!
The house and garden were beautiful. Everything you need is there. The photos on the website need a little update: two houses are built in front of the garden at the moment so the 2nd week we had several trucks driving up and down to deliver building materials, right past our garden fence, with a lot of noise so our dogs were stressed. At night there were a lot of barking dogs from the houses in the neighbourhood and at 06.00h the rooster from the neigbours started to scream, so it wasn't a total 100% relaxed holiday for us.
