Villa Zamarija is a renovated stone villa that has retained the characteristic elements of traditional Istrian style. Stone details, wooden elements and rustic furnishings highlight the original character of the house, while the villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities for the stay.
The spacious garden features a private swimming pool with hydromassage and a separate children's pool. Guests also have access to a summer kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace, suitable for preparing meals and spending time together outdoors.
The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third features three single beds.
Guests can visit nearby Labin, known for its historic old town and art scene, as well as Rabac with its numerous beaches and opportunities for swimming and activities by the sea. Local restaurants and konobas offer Istrian products and specialities such as prosciutto, cheese, olive oil, fuži with truffles and fresh seafood.

A perfect vacation. We were looking for a location with a pool so that the kids could let off steam, not too far from the sea and we found what we were looking for with the villa. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and were given a bottle of home-grown wine to get us in the mood. The villa has been lovingly renovated and furnished. Everything you need is available and nothing is missing. The covered terrace with outdoor grill was perfect for cozy evenings. Shopping facilities are only a few minutes away by car. There are some beautiful beaches for swimming between Rabac and Ravni. The hosts gave us a good Croatian herbal schnapps to say goodbye. We can highly recommend the location and hosts.
I really enjoyed my holidays in the accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone, young and old. The short journey time to the city and to various beaches is very commendable. Despite the proximity to the city, you are far outside and have peace and quiet. I would like to vacation here again.
