The area around Svetvinčenat, a gem of Istrian tourism and culture dominated by the medieval castle Morosini-Grimani, offers many opportunities to explore history and cultural landmarks in a fun and educational way, suitable for the whole family. Villa Stella is also an excellent base for an active holiday, as most Istrian beaches are only about a 20-minute drive away.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und perfekt gebaut; Sonnenuntergang sogar mit Meerblick auf der oberen Terrasse. Das gesamte Haus Interieur ist sehr stimmig und designerisch durchdacht. Der beheizte Pool ist eine wahre Freude. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Maja war sehr freundlich und wir haben sogar bei unserer Ankunft nicht nur eine Flasche Wein für uns erhalten, sondern auch Spielzeug und Feinis für unseren Hund. Das haben wir bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts (sogar Eierbecher und Butterdose
