The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor where two bedrooms are located, one with an additional single bed. There is also an extra bathroom on the upper floor.
The outdoor area is a perfect place to relax – the pool surrounded by comfortable loungers provides refreshment during warm days, while the outdoor dining area allows enjoyable meals in the open air and soaking in the summer atmosphere.
Nearby are picturesque Istrian villages and towns, ideal for exploring cultural heritage and traditional cuisine. Nature lovers can enjoy walks and cycling trails along the coast and through nearby forests. The sea and beaches are only a few minutes' drive away, offering perfect opportunities for swimming and water sports.

This house is stunning. The hosts are really nice and are always keen to make sure the guests are comfortable and have a great vacation!
Das Haus ist super sauber und alles in einem Top Zustand. Der Lage ist sehr ruhig und alle großen Städte sind in ca 30min (z.b. Pula) zu erreichen. Der Garten mit gemauerten Grill, Essbereich, möblierte Chillecke und vor allem dem großartigen Pool lädt dazu ein auch einfach mal einen Tag hier zu verweilen. Wir einen Familie mit 2 Kindern haben die 14 Tage hier sehr genossen.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Haus Leny. Sauber und schick eingerichtet hat uns das Haus empfangen. Der Garten mit Pool ist ausreichend und bietet zwei schöne Ecken zum verweilen oder Essen. Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr gut, ruhig und man ist in 30-40Minuten in den großen Städten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam, es lief alles reibungslos ab. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
