Villa Bella Istria 5* is a modernly designed villa located in the small town of Svetvinčenat, close to the center. Perfect for a long-planned family holiday, the villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6+2 guests. It is situated in a sunny location, surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a large pool with a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.
The town center is just a 300-meter walk from the villa, where local shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and cafés can be found. Nearby is the famous Istrian castle Kaštel Morosini-Grimani, known for various attractions and events, especially for families with children.
The villa is also an excellent base for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only about 20 minutes by car.

Tolle Villa, genau wie in der Beschreibung. Super Lage, da man zum Essen oder Einkaufen alles zu Fuß machen kann. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Bella Istria. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und beabsichtigen wieder zu kommen. Unser Hund hatte einen tollen, großen Garten der komplett umzäunt war. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in der Villa Bella Istria und es war wieder wunderschön. Die Villa ist perfekt für uns als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hat sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Einzig der Pool war sehr kalt. Da hatten wir eigentlich gehofft dass der im September doch etwas wärmer wäre. Auch wieder ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter von Istria Lux. Die Abwicklung hat alles perfekt geklappt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Auf eine Antwort muss man nicht lange warten. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir bei Istria Lux auch schon wieder gebucht.
