Villa Bella Istria 5* is a modernly designed villa located in the small town of Svetvinčenat, close to the center. Perfect for a long-planned family holiday, the villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6+2 guests. It is situated in a sunny location, surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a large pool with a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.
The town center is just a 300-meter walk from the villa, where local shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and cafés can be found. Nearby is the famous Istrian castle Kaštel Morosini-Grimani, known for various attractions and events, especially for families with children.
The villa is also an excellent base for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only about 20 minutes by car.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Bella Istria. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und beabsichtigen wieder zu kommen. Unser Hund hatte einen tollen, großen Garten der komplett umzäunt war. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in der Villa Bella Istria und es war wieder wunderschön. Die Villa ist perfekt für uns als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hat sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Einzig der Pool war sehr kalt. Da hatten wir eigentlich gehofft dass der im September doch etwas wärmer wäre. Auch wieder ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter von Istria Lux. Die Abwicklung hat alles perfekt geklappt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Auf eine Antwort muss man nicht lange warten. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir bei Istria Lux auch schon wieder gebucht.
Wir hatten eine absolut traumhafte Zeit in der Villa Bella Istria! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, mit einer top Ausstattung, bei der es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Man merkt sofort, dass hier an jedes Detail gedacht wurde. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Das Highlight war für uns der Pool. Super gepflegt, angenehm temperiert und er hat sogar Whirlpool-Düsen! Damit hatten wir wirklich nicht gerechnet und es war ein richtiges Wellness-Extra, das den Urlaub nochmal besonderer gemacht hat. Ein großes Dankeschön an Istria Lux. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles unkompliziert, freundlich und professionell. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
