Angenehmes,großzügiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Für 4.Erwachsene mit 2. Hunden ideal ! Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus möglich. Dorf, mit Restaurationen und Lebensmittelladen fussläufig erreichbar ! Strände in ca. 30.Min. erreichbar. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum schwimmen. Die Vermieterin Martina ist sehr freundlich und erreichbar.Es ist ein eher schlichtes, modernes Haus! Gerade im Herbst fehlten uns einige gemütliche Aspekte-warme Lichtquellen im Wohnbereich zB Stehlampen?! Also, gerne wieder mit Kerzengläser und Kerzen im Gepäck !!! Carmen und Mitreisende !
Mit der Agentur Istralux hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die die Inhaberin Martina war perfekt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es fehlte an nichts. Der schöne beheizte Pool war auch Ende April schon zu benutzen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Emili und danken noch einmal Martina für ihre Herzlichkeit.
Villa Emili ist ein tolles Ferienhaus. Liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, um einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu verbringen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Martina ist eine liebe, zurückhaltende Vermieterin, immer ansprechbar. Die Kommunikation mit ihr und IstriaLux verdient 10 Sterne.
