The villa consists of a living room overlooking the crystal clear pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The dining room and living room are on the ground floor. The villa has 2 bedrooms with a double bed; and 2 bedrooms with single beds. One bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom and balcony. The other bedrooms are on the ground floor. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available to guests on the pool beach. A covered dining area with space for 8 to 10 people, a grill and a children's playground are available. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 2 cars in the yard. If you are planning a relaxing, peaceful vacation with your family and friends, this is the place. There are famous restaurants and markets near the house. The center of Svetvincenat is 800 meters away.
There is a traditional Istrian tavern just 200 meters from the villa, and Grimani Castle in Svetvincenat is only 800 meters away. In Svetvincenat there is also a supermarket, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, etc.
Almost all beaches and cities in Istria are within 20-30 minutes by car. This gives the possibility to visit whole Istria very easily and to spend a dream vacation in peace.

Villa Emili ist ein tolles Ferienhaus. Liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, um einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu verbringen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Martina ist eine liebe, zurückhaltende Vermieterin, immer ansprechbar. Die Kommunikation mit ihr und IstriaLux verdient 10 Sterne.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Emili. Vom buchen bis hin zur Betreuung vom Hauseigentümer vor Ort. Ihr seit ein super Team von ISTRIA-Lux . Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Das Ferienhaus war bei Ankunft top sauber und das Ein– und Auschecken war auch unproblematisch. Es entsprach genau die Beschreibung aus dem Internet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, trotz nicht so tollem Wetter. Da wir schon einige Urlaube in Istrien gemacht und auch schon das eine oder andere Feriendomizil angemietet hatten, ist die Villa Emili was sie bietet, mehr als nur eine Unterkunft mit Pool.
