Villa Nina is a comfortable and charming holiday home located in the small village of Rapanji, near Svetvinčenat. The beautiful private pool offers perfect refreshment during the warm summer months, while the shaded terrace invites you to relax with a good book or a glass of wine in the evening.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the rooms has a sloping ceiling (minimum height 0.80 m, maximum 1.70 m), making it especially suitable for children. Guests also have access to a game room with billiards, electronic darts, table football, PlayStation 4, a bar, and a large LCD TV.
On the lawn of the neighboring property, there is a court for badminton/volleyball and goals for mini football – ideal for an active holiday. The idyllic surroundings enchant with their beautiful and diverse nature, perfect for relaxing walks and bike rides.
All guests have unlimited free access to the Medieval Theme Park Sanc Michael, located just 2 km away. The park is ideal for children but also interesting for the whole family, where kids can spend the entire day playing outdoors.
For excursion lovers, we recommend visiting Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč. A special highlight is the Roman amphitheater in Pula - a magnificent historical landmark and one of the most important symbols of Istria.

Alles wunderbar und sehr nette Gastgeber
Vielen Dank für das tolle Urlaubs erlebniss. Ich kann Istria Lux sowie die Villa Nina und deren äußerst netten Gastgebern wärmsten empfehlen. Hier passte alles bei Fragen wurde direkt geholfen. Ich denke das war nicht unser letzter Kontakt. Auf eine gute Zeit.
Die Villa Nina ist definitiv sehr zu empfehlen! Sie bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt! Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, bietet viele Beschäftigungsangebote für Familien und selbst für den Vierbeiner gibt es vom Bett bis zum Kotbeutel alles :) Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir waren zwei Freundinnen mit zwei Hunden und haben die Zeit in der Villa, sowie die sehr schöne Umgebung (max 30 min Fahrtzeit) sehr genossen und werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!
