This cozy and tastefully furnished holiday home is located in the small village of Rapanji, near Svetvincenat. The beautiful pool, which will surely delight you, offers a refreshing dip in the hot summer months. Relax on the shaded terrace and read a good book or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The living and dining area with the kitchen is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are on the first floor. In a bedroom the minimum ceiling height is 0.80 m and the highest 1.70 m and it is mainly suitable for children. There is an activity room with a bar, billiards, electric darts, table football, Playstation 2 with steering wheel and a large LCD TV. A combined badminton / volleyball court and goals for mini football are available on the lawn of the neighboring property. The idyllic surroundings impress with their beautiful and varied nature and invite you to take relaxing walks and bike rides. We recommend trips to the cities of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. A well-known attraction is the Roman amphitheater in Pula, which is considered the most important landmark of the city.

Wir waren Mitte August für zwei Wochen in der Villa Nina und waren hellauf begeistert. Die Vermieterin Silvija ist eine ganz zuvorkommende, freundliche und sehr bemühte Gastgeberin, die ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen möchte. Direkt bei unserer Ankunft hat sie bereits Getränke und Nachkram für die Kinder vorbereitet, ansonsten war das Haus bereits mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt benötigt (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinenpads, etc.). Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und hat uns allen sehr viel Freunde bereitet. Auch der Billiardtisch, die Tischtennisplatte und der Tischkicker waren täglich in Betrieb 🙂 Alle Zimmer und die Bäder waren sauber, aufgeräumt und schön hergerichtet. Wir waren nach 2 Wochen traurig, dass wir dieses tolle Haus und den zauberhaften Ort Svetvincenat wieder verlassen mussten - hatten aber einen wunderschönen, tollen Urlaub!
