Villa Nina is a comfortable and charming holiday home located in the small village of Rapanji, near Svetvinčenat. The beautiful private pool offers perfect refreshment during the warm summer months, while the shaded terrace invites you to relax with a good book or a glass of wine in the evening.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the rooms has a sloping ceiling (minimum height 0.80 m, maximum 1.70 m), making it especially suitable for children. Guests also have access to a game room with billiards, electronic darts, table football, PlayStation 4, a bar, and a large LCD TV.
On the lawn of the neighboring property, there is a court for badminton/volleyball and goals for mini football – ideal for an active holiday. The idyllic surroundings enchant with their beautiful and diverse nature, perfect for relaxing walks and bike rides.
All guests have unlimited free access to the Medieval Theme Park Sanc Michael, located just 2 km away. The park is ideal for children but also interesting for the whole family, where kids can spend the entire day playing outdoors.
For excursion lovers, we recommend visiting Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč. A special highlight is the Roman amphitheater in Pula - a magnificent historical landmark and one of the most important symbols of Istria.

Sehr nette Vermieter, für uns hat alles gepasst. Das Haus hat viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und der Pool mit Rutsche waren ein Traum. Auch Billard,Darts und Tischfußball waren der Hit, besonders wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitgespielt hat. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal kommen
