Villa Nina is a comfortable and charming holiday home located in the small village of Rapanji, near Svetvinčenat. The private pool offers a refreshing break during the warm summer months, while the shaded terrace is a pleasant place to relax with a good book or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the rooms has a sloping ceiling (minimum height 0.80 m, maximum 1.70 m), making it especially suitable for children. Guests also have access to a game room with billiards, electronic darts, table football, PlayStation 4, a bar, and a large LCD TV.
On the lawn of the neighboring property, there is a badminton/volleyball court as well as football goals, offering the opportunity for an active holiday. The surrounding area is suitable for walks and bike rides, while the nature around the house invites you to relax and enjoy time outdoors.
All guests have unlimited free access to the Medieval Theme Park Sanc Michael, located just 2 km away. The park is ideal for children but also interesting for the whole family, where kids can spend the entire day playing outdoors.
For excursion lovers, we recommend visiting Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč. A special highlight is the Roman amphitheater in Pula - a magnificent historical landmark and one of the most important symbols of Istria.

Tutto perfetto per noi e per i nostri amici a quattro zampe! Villa Nina è stata la scelta ideale per la nostra vacanza in famiglia con genitori e due cani al seguito. La casa è bellissima, pulita e confortevole, con una piscina stupenda e tanto spazio all'aperto dove anche i cani sono stati felici nel giardino in totale sicurezza! Cinque stelle meritatissime per aver reso speciale il nostro soggiorno! Il prossimo anno ci piacerebbe ritornare.
