This villa is situated on the edge of pristine natural forests. It has been built and furnished with loving attention to detail. The Villa is also a good starting point for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are just a 20-minute drive. Outside there is a large heated infinity pool with modern deck chairs. A well-tended and irrigated lawn with lounge furniture on the terrace provides perfect relaxation. A terrace with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill is the perfect place for al fresco dining with views of nature and the illuminated pool. The interior is bright and nicely decorated, it really feels like home too. There are 3 bedrooms with each private bathroom. All bedrooms are downstairs (One bedroom has a modern shower in the room). Almost all rooms have direct access to a large covered terrace and pool through large glass walls. The living room is modern and equipped with a large SMART TV. The house is fully air-conditioned and there is WiFi internet access.
The villa is located just 1 km between one of the famous Istrian castles, Kastel Morosini - Grimani in Svetvincenat, which is well known for its attractive content and events.

Ein wenig weit entfernt vom Meer aber das weiß man ja im Vorfeld. Ansonsten top mit dem beheizten Pool und der Ausstattung. Betreuung durch die Agentur ist super.
