Villa Sunrise is a modern, comfortable family villa in a small village near the historic town of Svetvincenat. This villa is located on the edge of untouched natural forests, so your rest only disturbs the chirping of the birds. It was built and furnished with great attention to detail. Villa Sunrise is surrounded by beautiful untouched Mediterranean nature and offers complete peace and privacy. The villa is also a good starting point for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches can be reached in just 20 minutes. Outside there is a beautiful pool with modern lounge chairs. The interior is flooded with light and nicely decorated, it really feels like a home. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room is modern and has a large SMART TV. The house is fully air conditioned and there is wireless internet access.
The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, the pearl of tourism and culture of Istria, dominated by the medieval castle of Morosini-Grimani, offer additional motifs and opportunities to explore history in a fun way, and tailored to the whole family!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Unterkunft! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert, die beiden waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Haus war super sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Pool, die Outdoorküche mit Grill einfach nur super! Die Lage war ruhig und außerhalb des Trubels gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist in ganz Istrien aber mit kurzer Anreise alles zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!
Wir hatten einen sensationell entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist einfach toll. Es liegt ruhig - genau richtig für uns. Im Ort kann man wunderbar essen gehen. In der Umgebung warten viele tolle Ausflugsziele. Herzlichen Dank an die Agentur und unsere Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder
Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Istria-Lux ist ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.
