About your stay
Villa Catarina is a stone holiday home with three air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious living room with an indoor fireplace, balcony, and terrace. Enjoy the outdoor barbecue and the large 50 m² swimming pool, while the 10,000 m² property provides plenty of space for spending time outdoors. The house is not fully fenced but allows one well-behaved dog free of charge.
It is located in the small village of Kučići, near Tinjan in central Istria, surrounded by greenery and nature, making it a pleasant place to stay.
In the area, you can explore wine roads and traditional Istrian villages, visit destinations like Tinjan, famous for olive oil and gourmet cuisine. For trips, we recommend Poreč with its beautiful beaches and promenade, as well as coastal towns like Vrsar and Funtana, known for vibrant nightlife and excellent restaurants. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking, cycling, and exploring the Istrian landscape.
